TSE EXCHANGE POLICY
PRODUCTS (HAIR EXTENSIONS, ETC.)
Returns of any Tiffany Scott Extensions products (hair extensions, tools + supplies, etc.) must be POST-MARKED within 5 business days of the date your order was delivered to you. Once we have received your return, all products are subject to a DETAILED INSPECTION that can take up to 2 weeks to guarantee products/hair have not been used, cut, chemically treated, or altered in any way, shape, or form. If return has passed inspection, you will be credited a STORE CREDIT / ONLINE GIFT CARD that will be applied to your account.
*No refunds will be issued*
EDUCATION/CLASSES
At this time we will NOT be offering cancellations and/or refunds of stylists who have already registered and purchased tickets for our courses in respect to the time and preparation required for these classes.
Upon registering for a class(es), we are assuming that you are a professionally certified stylist agreeing to our terms that will not compromise your/our potential clients, our product, or our brand.
MANDATORY DISCLAIMER TO CURRENT / POTENTIAL STYLISTS WISHING TO UTILIZE PRODUCTS/SERVICES OFFERED BY TIFFANY SCOTT EXTENSIONS:
We can refuse the right of certification of class if we feel you are incapable of applying extensions without compromising a client's hair and satisfaction, or upholding the products', brand, and stylist reputation.
You will be required to electronically "sign" this disclaimer upon purchase of any product or service offered by Tiffany Scott Extensions.
